About WanderWell
Many women spend years doing everything they’re supposed to do.
Building careers. Taking care of others. Chasing goals. Keeping all the balls in the air.
From the outside, life may look successful. But underneath, there’s often a quieter feeling: exhaustion, restlessness, or a growing sense that something isn’t quite working anymore. You know you need more space, but between responsibilities and the pace of everyday life, it’s hard to imagine what that could look like.
I know because I was one of those women.
In 2019, after years of pushing through burnout, feeling stuck, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together, I took an extended break to travel and reconnect with myself. What started as a pause became one of the most meaningful experiences of my life.
Over the following year, I lived abroad, worked on a vineyard in France, deepened my yoga practice, and explored new ways of living. More importantly, I learned what happens when you create enough space to hear your own voice again.
Travel didn’t solve all my problems. But it gave me the clarity, perspective, and confidence to create a life that felt more aligned with who I wanted to become.
That’s why I created WanderWell.
My goal is to help more women create meaningful pauses through restorative travel, practical tools, real-world examples, and a supportive community of women who understand the journey.
Let’s Continue the Journey Together
If my story resonated with you, I'd love to stay connected.
